A form submission is a request for a conversation or viewing. It is not a confirmed viewing, venue reservation, quotation or contract. Preferred dates are subject to the team’s confirmation. Please provide accurate contact details so that we can respond.
Venue bookings
Any venue booking is subject to a separate agreement with De Icon. The agreed date, spaces, services, prices, payment arrangements and cancellation terms will be confirmed through that agreement. This website does not publish a standard package or guarantee real-time availability.
Photographs and information
Photographs show particular occasions, layouts and decorative arrangements. Items visible in a photograph are not automatically included in venue hire. The brochure and website are intended to introduce the venue; confirm current arrangements and suitability with the team before making commitments.
